Bishop CJ Andre leads with a vision to be “Repairers of the Breach” (Isaiah 58:12), guiding Detroit World Outreach, a.k.a. Faith Life Church, as a diverse, Word & Spirit “Church For All People.” Known affectionately for the 58:12 mission, his passion is to see the Church function with the power, unity, and purpose of the Word of Faith.

Since entering ministry in 2002, Bishop Andre has faithfully served throughout the Metro Detroit region, including many years in the inner city. He and his wife, Pastor Danielle Andre, whom he married in 2003, have devoted their lives to full-time ministry and Kingdom impact across the Tri-County area. While they have no biological children, they consider the many lives they have mentored and discipled to be their spiritual family.

Bishop Andre is also the founder of CJ Andre Ministries (CJAM), a ministry providing mentoring, counseling, coaching, and spiritual oversight to pastors, churches, and ministries. Since 2007, he has been helping ministry leaders navigate challenges and fulfill their calling.

After being ordained in 2004, Bishop Andre earned a Master of Divinity from Trinity Seminary in 2010 and later received a Doctor of Divinity degree in 2018. He was consecrated to the office of Bishop in 2011 through the Church of God (Cleveland, Tennessee), while Pastor Danielle also holds ordained credentials with the denomination.

Known for their credibility & accessibility, Bishop and Pastor Danielle are committed to serving people with openness, compassion, and genuine care.
